Purchase and or use of this ticket signifies agreement to the following:

1) This ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued.

2) This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3) Reproduction of this ticket is not permitted.

4) Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable sale and use taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).

5) This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket.

6) Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

7) Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue and applicable laws.

8) No refunds/exchanges.

9) Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. Ticket purchaser bears all risks of inclement weather.

10) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the venue.

11) Ticket user consents to use of this/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the event by venue, artist or promoter.

12) The use of cameras, video or audio recording equipment is prohibited unless otherwise indicated by the venue, artist or promoter of the event.

13) WARNING-EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC/NOISES MAY BE DAMAGING TO YOUR HEARING.

UPDATE: For those who will be bringing food for your entry fee, the food must not be out of date. The food shelf is very happy to receive the food, but unfortunately, out of date food can not be used. Any out of date food will be refused at entry. All food items will be checked for date, before tickets will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

This year we are asking either for 7 canned goods or a minimum donation of $10.00 per person.

The donation of 7 non perishable canned goods will buy you one (1) ticket to our event. You may also purchase a (1) ticket for $10.00.

a) 7 canned goods = 1 Haunted Trail Ticket

b) $10.00 = 1 Haunted Trail Ticket

These are examples of ways to buy your ticket: A family of 3......

1) They could donate 21 canned goods = 3 tickets,

2) They could donate $30.00 = 3 tickets,

3) They could donate 14 canned goods and $10.00 = 3 tickets.

We are making this change due to our rising insurance costs. Without further cash donations we could not continue to provide the trail in the future. The canned goods that we collect will all be donated to a local food shelf. See Our Mission, For Full Details Of why we put this event on.
